The reality for all public schools in California is that the money received from the school district does not cover everything that parents and teachers want to offer the children. A major goal of the PTA is to raise money for a variety of programs, events, capital improvements, and supplies. Parents are critical in this effort as parents realize how beneficial such programs and materials are to the success of all children in the school. Let the PTA know if you have a new idea for raising money. Throughout the year there are many ways to contribute money to the school
