Come join us for a fun, timed 5k Run/Walk on September 17, 2017, and support a nationally-recognized San Francisco public elementary school! Our fast, flat course runs through Golden Gate Park down John F Kennedy Dr. and all proceeds benefit Lafayette Elementary School. Cheer on our students as they participate in a pledge run/walk-a-thon. This upcoming school year, we are specifically raising money to support our school’s high caliber of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) academic excellence by paying for our technology teacher, outdoor science teacher, and online technology programs.

Thank You to everyone who donated to this year’s Annual Give Campaign (AGC). It was our most successful campaign to date in both amount raised and participation rate! In gratitude, Lafayette PTA’s AGC is hosting a Family Movie Night featuring the movie SING!
Sign-up slots are still available for the Sing-a-long Community Experiences. These fun social events/learning opportunities for adults and/or children are hosted by Lafayette parents in an effort to raise money for the Lafayette PTA while socializing with other members of our school community. All proceeds benefit our kids! Interested? It’s not too late to sign up to attend the Poker Night, sign the kids up for a Lands End hike, a healthy cooking class after school or a night with Peruvian sours & apps, just to mention a few.
Thank you to everyone who has donated to this year’s Annual Give Campaign (AGC). We have raised $115K, which is $5K above our year goal of $110,000. And more importantly, we had the highest percent of community participation that we have ever reached! We couldn’t have met our goal without your help. Every donation counted and all donations were significant! We look forward to celebrating this tremendous achievement as a community in April at our Movie Night!!
The spring raffle starts 3/14/17 and the last day to turn in paper tickets is on 4/12/17. Winners will be announced at the Singing In the Rain Sing-a-long Movie Night on April 15th. Be sure to check out this year’s new offering of being able to sell raffle tickets online and accept credit card payments for raffle ticket sales.
